Missouri Rep. Roy Blunt (R) leads Secretary of State Robin Carnahan (D) in the race for the state's open Senate seat, a new Rasmussen poll finds (June 28, 500 LV, MoE +/- 4.5%). Earlier this month Blunt led by just 1 point.
