CA Poll: Boxer, Brown With Small Leads

California Sen. Barbara Boxer leads GOP challenger Carly Fiorina by 4 points in a new Reuters/Ipsos poll, and Jerry Brown leads Republican Meg Whitman by 6 points in the gubernatorial race. The numbers are in line with other polling firms' findings over the last few months and show a competitive contest in both races.
