Another new poll, this one from CBS News/New York Times. They show Obama's approval rating stable at 58%, with 30% disapproving. The last survey by CBS (but not co-sponsored with the NYT) on July 9-12 had Obama at 57/32.

Overall, Obama's job approval rating in the updated RCP Average stands at 53.6% approve and 39.9% disapprove.
