It's Not Just Rasmussen Anymore

For the longest time, Scott Rasmussen had the only polls showing Republicans leading in the battle for Congress. NPR now shows Republicans leading by a point as well, 43%-42%. President Obama's approval rating is a tepid 53%-42%.
