Former Speaker Newt Gingrich's "tri-partisan" American Solutions group is launching a national TV ad today to campaign against the Waxman-Markey energy plan still working its way through the House.

"We'll lose more jobs, pay more for gas and electricity - pushing our economy to its breaking point. Stop the National Energy Tax. Call your member of Congress before it's too late," the ad's announcer says.

The 30-second ad shows the famous footage of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge twisting and bending. American Solutions did not announce how big the ad buy was or whether it would air on network or cable.
