Today marks the 75th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition, when the 21st Amendment was ratitfied on Dec. 5, 1933. USA Today reports that celebrations "are planned in San Francisco, Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., and elsewhere."
If you're celebrating tonight, raise your glass especially high for Utah, which was the 36th and deciding state to ratify the amendment.
