* Arizona measure to ban same-sex marriage passed: 56-44;

* Arkansas measure to ban same-sex couples from adopting passed: 57-43;

* California measure to ban same-sex marriage is undecided: 52-48 in favor with 99% reporting;

* Colorado measure to ban affirmative action is undecided: 50-50 with 86% reporting;

* Colorado measure to affirm a human life at moment of conception failed: 73-27;

* Florida measure to ban same-sex marriage passed: 62-38;

* Michigan measure to allow stem-cell research passed: 53-47;

* Nebraska measure to ban affirmative action passed: 58-42;

* Washington measure to allow doctor-assisted suicide passed: 59-41.
