Tough Election For Virginia, Already

Virginia is having a tough time getting through the election without any bumps or bruises, and it's not even Election Day yet.

First, the NAACP sued Gov. Tim Kaine and the commonwealth for not providing enough polling places, machines or workers for the large number of voters expected to turn out tomorrow.

Now, the McCain campaign is suing Virginia's electoral board to ensure that any overseas military ballots that arrive by Nov. 14 are counted.
