ST. LOUIS - Another good day of state polling for Barack Obama: solid numbers in Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Mexico and North Carolina. McCain, meanwhile, can take a little solace in today's Mason-Dixon poll in Virginia showing him up three, but that's about it.

Obama continues to strengthen his position in the RCP Electoral Count. With Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Minnesota all moving from Toss Up to Leaning Obama this week, Obama has now moved out to a +97 advantage over McCain (260-163, with 115 Toss Ups). That represents his largest to date in the RCP Electoral Count.
