Joe Biden is on a roll. First, he knocked his running mate for an ad that ran against John McCain, then he was chastised this morning by his running mate for speaking out of turn on the AIG bailout, and now there's new video of Biden straying from the party line on coal - in Ohio no less - saying that "we're not supporting clean coal" and declaring there won't be any new coal plants in America.
