The Gallup tracking poll comes out in 10 minutes and may change the number slightly, but as of right now Obama holds a lead of 1.7% in the RCP National Average, which is exactly where he was the day the Democratic National Convention started on August 24th.
UPDATE: Gallup did indeed move again in Obama's favor going to a four-point lead, 48-44, which in turn moved the RCP Average to 2.0.
