CBS News/NY Times: Obama +6

Released last night, a new CBS News/NY Times poll shows Obama leading McCain by six points. That's the same size lead Obama had in the last CBS/NYT poll taken at the end of May, though both candidates have ticked down ever so slightly while undecideds are up:

Obama 45 (-3)
McCain 39 (-3)
Undecided 9 (+3)

Overall, Obama's lead in the RCP National Average is 4.5%.

Other notables from the poll: Bush's job approval is up three points to 28%, direction of the country numbers are unchanged at 14/81, 19% rate the state of the economy as "very/fairly good" while 80% rate it as "very/fairly bad."
