In a new Rasmussen poll in Montana (July 1, 500 LV, MoE +/- 4.5%), Obama leads McCain by 5 points. Montana is a red state the Obama campaign is pursuing (he's already aired two TV ads there), despite the fact that Pres. Bush won the state by 20 points in 2004 and that the state has voted Republican in 9 of the last 10 presidential elections, with Bill Clinton's win in 1992 the lone exception.
