In the Headlines:

How their endgame plays out -- in continued rivalry, as running mates or something in between -- will go a long way toward determining Democrats' fortunes this fall.
"Clinton may lose key supporters soon" (Peter Wallsten, Los Angeles Times) - Pointing the way to a peaceful end for the tumultuous presidential primary campaign, some key supporters of Hillary Rodham Clinton said Sunday that they accepted a new finish line in the race for delegates, a threshold Barack Obama could reach as soon as this week.
"McCain to urge other nations to cut off funds to Iran" (David Jackson, USA Today) - John McCain today will call on corporations and government institutions worldwide to pull their money out of Iran as a way to pressure the regime into giving up its nuclear ambitions.
"McClellan on 'propaganda campaign'" (Chris Frates, The Politico) - Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan admitted Sunday that he got caught up in the very Beltway culture of spin and obfuscation he blasts in his new book, “What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception.”
On the Morning Shows:
Morning Joe - David Axelrod, on Obama leaving his church: "I want to correct something. [Obama] didn't make this decision this weekend. He didn't do it in response to Fr. Pfleger."
Today - Tim Russert, on whether the Democratic primary will go to the convention: "No I think they're putting their game face on, they want to finish this tomorrow. Many Democrats think talking of the popular vote is a way of the Clintons to put an asterisk on the nomination. This race will be over Wednesday morning."
Good Morning America - Donna Brazile, on Saturday's DNC Rules Committee meeting: "In our internal deliberations we were very contentious. We came up with a proposal that at least right now will unify the party and head us to victory in November. Many of Hillary Clinton supporters will back the nominee and support the party." (Video)
