Nat'l Polls: No Consensus For Nomination

Obama holds a double-digit lead over Clinton in a new national poll by CBS News/New York Times, and Clinton leads Obama by 7 points in a new USA Today/Gallup poll. Also shown in the CBS/NYT poll, both candidates lead McCain by double digits.

Clinton 51 (+11 vs. last poll, April 18-20)
Obama 44 (-6)

CBS News/New York Times

Obama 50 (+4 vs. last poll, April 25-29)
Clinton 38 (nc)

Clinton 53 - McCain 41
Obama 51 - McCain 40

Obama leads Clinton by 1.1 points in the RCP Nat'l Average

For the general election, Obama also leads McCain by 1.1 points. Clinton leads McCain by 3.4 points.
