Clinton Picks Up 4 NY Superdelegates

The New York Democratic Party elected at-large delegates today, including four superdelegates who are supporting Hillary Clinton, the New York Daily News reports. They include: Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli, former Manhattan Borough President C. Virginia Fields and Assemblywoman Carmen Arroyo.

The Clinton campaign also announced the endorsement of Connecticut superdelegate John Olsen, a former state Democratic party chair and current president of the Connecticut AFL-CIO.

Obama has also picked up another superdelegate, adding to the three Illinois superdelegates and Joe Andrew, whom Blake mentioned earlier. The Obama campaign announced the endorsement of Texas superdelegate John Patrick, the vice president of the Texas AFL-CIO.
