*On MSNBC's "Morning Joe," Clinton superdelegate NJ Gov. Jon Corzine, debating the debate, said that the questioning was "disproportional" toward the less substantive issues like Jeremiah Wright, Bosnia landings and William Ayers. But, "kind of like negative advertising," those debates are popular with the public.
"I think all those issues needed to be brought up because they're on the front pages of the paper and people care about it," Corzine said. "But the fact ABC spent that much time and never asking a question about global warming or climate change."
*On Clinton's need to win Pennsylvania, Corzine said he would "follow her lead" but that losing on April 22 would be a "door closer" on her candidacy.
"The issue that Sen. Clinton needs to be able to demonstrate is that she has won the popular vote," Corzine said.
*On "Morning Joe," former Rep. Harold Ford Jr., now chairman of the Democratic Leadership Council, said Obama had "a difficult night without question," but added that all questions ABC asked were "predictable." Ford said that if he were advising Obama this morning he would tell him to "put it behind you."
"The country doesn't like a president that complains a lot," said Ford, referring to Obama's comments yesterday. "They like presidents that get up and tackle things and move on."
*CBS's 'Early Show' discussed Obama's less than stellar performance in the debate on ABC Wednesday night. They focused primarily on the much criticized format of the debate and Obama's criticism of the questions he received. The segment ended in mentioning how a potential Obama win in Pennsylvania could finally ended the Democratic Primary.
