NAFTA-gate Ensares Clinton

The Canadian Globe and Mail reports that Ian Brodie, Prime Minister Stephen Harper's chief of staff and the outed leaker of NAFTA-gate, originally told reporters that Hillary Clinton's people were also conveying to Canadian officials not to worry about tough anti-NAFTA rherotic.
"He said someone from (Hillary) Clinton's campaign is telling the embassy to take it with a grain of salt... That someone called us and told us not to worry," a source who was in the room at the time told the Globe and Mail.
But the Canadian station CTV which aired the segment sparking the controversy pursued the Obama angle.
