On the NIU shooting:

I believe we should really have a summit where everybody comes together -- all sides of this issue. And let's figure out how we can be consistent with the Second Amendment -- which I whole heartedly support -- and do more to keep people safe, I think we can do that.

On gay rights:

Clinton, who has long supported gay rights, said she supports civil unions between gay couples. She went a step further and said the military's policy of "don't ask, don't tell" should be reexamined.

"I believe in what Barry Goldwater said, 'you don't have to be straight to shoot straight,'" Clinton said to loud applause.

(Side note, wasn't Clinton a Goldwater Girl back in the day?)

On Cheeseheads:

Oh, I love cheese heads I just got a button which says 'Cheese Heads for Clinton' It's a prized possession now!

Clinton just lost the Chicago vote -- not that she had it anyway.
