SC Poll: McCain In the Lead

For the upcoming South Carolina GOP primary, a new Clemson University Palmetto Poll (Jan. 9-15, 450 GOP LV, MoE +/- 4.6%) has McCain leading Huckabee by 7 points, with Romney and Thompson well behind.
