James Carney no doubt has a point in his Time piece about the "10 Keys to the Caucus" that immigration is a big issue in Iowa.

But take a look at the picture Time's editors decided to use to accompany Carney's piece. Is this bigot really a fair representation of the immigration issue among Iowans? Or is it Time's editors inserting a bit of editorializing in Carney's piece?
