Hillary's New Iraq Legislation

Yesterday, Hillary Clinton introduced legislation opposing any long-term U.S. commitment in Iraq without congressional approval.
"The Bush Administration must not circumvent Congress on the critical issue of the future U.S. presence in Iraq. The Administration must not be permitted to enter into agreements that could lead to permanent bases in Iraq which would damage U.S. interests in Iraq and the broader region without Congressional approval," said Clinton.
This isn't of course a call for a complete Richardson-like withdrawal, but it keeps Hillary in the forefront of anti-war efforts as the days wind down to Iowa.
In other Clinton foreign-policy news, the campaign is pumping a letter signed by 32 former ambassadors and diplomats lauding Hillary's foreign-policy experience as First Lady.
