On the eve of the Kentucky Governor election, Ernie Fletcher is down twenty points in a new SurveyUSA poll:

Fletcher (R) 39%
Beshear (D) 59%
Undecided 2%

As Reid reported this morning, a Bluegrass Poll from late last week had Fletcher trailing by 23 points, 56 to 33 with 10 percent undecided. It's about as over as over can be for the embattled Republican incumbent.
