A Great Draft Pick Who Can't Deliver?

In the spirit of the season, from the Chicago Sun-Times' Talk Back section today:
Watching Barack Obama debate is as frustrating as watching Rex Grossman play quarterback -- so much talent and potential, but neither seems able to deliver the big play when needed.
With a qb rating of 45.2 and having been benched for Brian Griese, I think comparing Grossman to Obama is a bit unfair to Obama.
