In advance of his foreign-policy address in Clinton, Iowa, today:
As you probably noticed, Obama misspeaks when he says that ethnic cleansing is a "positive" thing. I think it's clear that he got caught trying to both credit and criticize the surge in the same breath. Still, not a good example of having misspoken.
