Democrat Darcy Burner, who is seeking a rematch against Republican Dave Reichert in Washington's 8th Congressional district (assuming she can beat back a primary challenge), is hosting a "virtual townhall" on Monday with the patron saint of Fitzmas: former ambassador Joe Wilson.
