What Did Clinton and Levin Say?

Over at NRO, Jim Geraghty makes the point that Hillary Clinton's and Carl Levin's comments about Nouri al Maliki are getting a bit misreported. Clinton did not say that Maliki should resign, as I said in the headline of my post last night, nor that others remove Maliki through unconstitutional means.

Both in fact said that the Iraqi parliament should vote Maliki out of office, which is different than saying that Maliki should be forcibly removed or that he should resign.
