Hillary Clinton's new web video is most intriguing. It starts off with that overly emotive style that makes Clinton look phony, and while there are some corny moments in between cuts by the end of the video Mrs. Clinton has once again done an effective job of using humor to make herself more likable.

The flip side, of course, is that this type of thing often comes across as less than "presidential." That's a trade off some candidates shy away from but one which Mrs. Clinton is almost compelled to make given her high negative ratings. Overall, I think it works. See for yourself:
